Birthday Gifts
So many people have asked me lately what I'd like for my birthday - which bodes quite well for the loot, now that I think of it! - that I've decided to refer them all to this list. It contains some helpful ideas on the kind of consumer goods that would make my life better were you to purchse them for me. Because clearly gifts should be incorporated wherever possible into the cash economy, no? I've also helpfully listed the amount of love each item will buy you, ascending from "hugs" to ... well, let's just say you won't be going home the night of the party. Ahem.
Luggage - I'm going to London in December (yay!), and I have a thing for really solid suitcases. Maybe even backpacks?
Jeans - You can never have too many. I'm a size 32 (ish) and I like the fairly plain, straight-legged ones. Surely nothing can go wrong with getting other people to buy me clothes?
Guppies - Of breeding age. They are the only serious answer to my axolotl food problem.
Hat - I feel the need for some kind of funky head covering. Go nuts with whatever you think will be "me".
Linen - I recently lost a housemate and a whole heap of stuff, so anything fluffy, darkish in colour that you can use to put on beds, dry your body with, etc, will be well received.
Coffee Table: For the reasons mentioned above.
Cheapish mobile phone: My expensive one died recently (damn you Optus, and your one-year warranty), so I'm back to a truly ancient Nokia which requires 5 steps to send an sms. It's killing me!

A handsome dude to call my very own. . . this will buy you a LOT of love. Not as much love as the dude will be getting of course, but quite a bit.
- Jaff Jaff is a cat, so when I say "sister or brother" I mean dogs or any other kind of small fluffy mammal will be turned away. No matter how cute. Sorry.
